Help With PC Upgrade

I currently have a HP 580-137c with a ryzen 7 1700 and rx 550 4gb along with a 300w psu and basswood motherboard. I want to upgrade my gpu to a 580 8gb and my psu to around 500-600w. Is this possible?

From what I can tell uATX power supplies are the same dimensions as SFX12V and are both compatible. So these should do https://pcpartpicker.com/products/power-supply/#t=10&sort=price&page=1&W=450,2000

I believe a quality 450W unit will do just fine since you can't overclock the CPU (or at least I dont' think you can.)

*I wanted to clarify, a larger PSU would be better. But since they SFX units are so expensive I say the 450W is enough. But do get bigger if you can afford it.
