Help with pc

I have a pc i built for only doing music it has a750w psu its a abit k9a ultra motherboard with a amd athlonx2 5600 cpu 8gb ddr2 6670ati
I put it on after a week of no use it booted to post then turned off tried again same thing...only the red power light is on...i tried my gfs psu its same wattage it does same thing red light tried reseting bios reseating /repasting cpu ive tried bridging the power button..still nothin took it out tower cleaned all contacts tried diffrent fan on cpu i work with pcs constantly and cant figure this out..i use surge protecters also

by resetting bios u mean clear cmos? using a stick of memory in one slot (refer to manaul for where to put the stick of ram) try that with both ram sticks to see if its a ram issue

Tried ram stick in each slot individually getting no fans just red light

No fans are workin pc aint going on js red light on mobo

right above the big psu socket trid everything i can think of dont understand why it would be not working i use surge protection

so you can get to bios, its getting shutting off before it loads windows?
