Help with PC

Hello I have built a cheap gaming pc for my cousin and it has an i5 2500, 8gb ram and gtx 1060
With the settings I pick on fortnite I get a steady 120 frames or even if I cap it at 60 it’s steady but it’s not smooth and feels stuuderish can someone pls help?

Lower all ur settings to medium
