Help with Peltier

Hey guys!!!I am having a problem with making tec cooler.The thing is that i starteda new project to make a tec refrigerator but here is a problem that when i connect peltier to heatsink and fan from hot side then the cold side becomes freezy cool but after a few seconds it turns very hot.O have tried changing peltiers.The question i want to ask related this are
Should I buy a proper tec module to make it easier???
Is my zebronics cpu fan capable of removing heat efficiently????
I don't know which mistake i am making......Plzzz help me

As you may know, a peliter 'throws' heat towards one of its sides, and cools the other one, so you need to actively cool the hot side before the heat is conducted to the cold side by thermal conduction.

Maybe the power consumption of that peltier module is too high for the fan you are using, or maybe its location is not letting the fan make enough air to flow over the hot surface. I would suggest you test first the peltier working alone in a controlled environment. Then, if it heats too much, increase the fan speed and maybe you should invert the spinning direction of the fan (swapping its power connector cables, or turning the actual fan upside down).

Finally, if nothing works, I would consider the possibility for the peltier to be broken and test with another one...
