Help with phone SIM

I am planning to buy an iphone 6 from boost mobile vv

I have 2 issues.

1. Can I put any other sim in this phone (that supports the network frequency's) or will it be locked to boost mobile?

2. I have a tablet with unlimited 4G LTE data only plan from Verizon, can i activate this sim to also be used for talk and text and put it in the phone? (don't worry about SIM size, i have solutions)

1. We can't tell if the phone is locked, contact Boost and ask them. That link also shows the phone as out of stock.

2. Ask Verizon what you can do with the SIM card you have, and you need to check if that phone will work with the Verizon SIM, Boost Mobile does use CDMA from Sprint so it technically is the same type of network as Verizon.
