My current system:
i5 3470
Cosair hx 750
Gskill sniper 8gb 1600

Budget is below 450. I've been looking at the gtx 670 and comparable cards but I'm worried about bottlenecks. If I decide to overclock it won't be heavily overlooked and I'm looking to play games like the witcher series at pretty high settings. I would like to eventually add another card when I upgrade later.

90% times no bottoleneck, in crysis3 or moded skyrim you might or will see in some areas not entire games. So ya you can go for it. :)

I like Zotac's AMP! card for light to no overclocking on a 670. It is one of the only GTX 670 cards with factory overclocked memory and it has one of the highest factory overclocked GPUs for 670s. It's cooler is pretty good too.

However, I don't think that it really makes a big difference which you choose. Most of the 670s overclock similarly well so long as you avoid reference and near reference coolers.

Yes. This is the Gigabyte card. It is somewhat faster than the other options while being similarly priced and not having any other major shortcomings to counteract its advantages, so it's the best option IMO.
