Help with picking a mobo

ok i am looking at a amd phenom II mobo that has a lucid hydra chip in it so i can run ati and nvidia gpu together but i want a mobo that will let me overclock the phenomii x6 1100t to at least 5ghz
which one of these should do it i like the first one very much but is it going to let me
and how long before more mobo start putting this chip in them

I doubt you'll get to 5 GHz even with proper liquid cooling with any motherboard (as the CPU wouldn't handle it).

Neither of those boards have the Lucid Hydra that I can see anyway.
