Check out this list. Find the best deal on the highest tier you can. Seasonic and XFX are my favorites. You could get away with a 500ish watt PSU but I'd recommend something in the 600-650 range just to have enough overhead for future expansion. If your looking to SLI/Crossfire the setup then maybe consider peeking in to the 700watt range.

The only reason I'd be hesitant to go with a 500watt range PSU is the manufacture min requirement is 500watt. Running on the edge of recommended requirements can get dodgy so the extra headroom can be nice if the price difference isn't huge.

Rest of system: 100W

That's 375. Add 100-150W for headroom, that's 475-525W. A 550W is a good amount for your system. You can go higher of course, it won't hurt anything. Especially if the price difference isn't great, as you said.

Makers recommend much higher than is really needed in order to compensate for the fact that most people/makers choose very low quality PSUs.

Very true. Just seen a fair share of systems squeek by and it causes issues when they decide to throw in a larger CPU cooler or water cooler, add a couple drives, etc. I always try and err on the side of too much power than just enough.

Well ... they dont sell those brands in Slovakia. Here we have Fortron, Corsair and few other brands. Right now i have my old one (Fortron Blue Storm 500W, 80 Plus Bronze) but i have some graphical issues.

A solid PSU is one of the best investments in a build. Depending on the model Corsair can be a good pick. Same goes for Enermax, Cooler Master, Zalman. Seasonics typical are higher end builds. Managed to find store where they sell evga stuff. What do u think about EVGA 600B ?

that is what i have sorry i thought it was a 650..
but i use the evga 600 bronze and it works just fine for me. runnin a gtx 760 on it.

The 600B is a good choice for a mid-level system. Not really designed for a system that will be overclocked though. Not sure if you are overclocking or not, but it can produce some unstable power at higher loads which will affect your overclock stability.

Seasonic M12II-620 Evo (80 euro) is the max i can afford. Is it worth the price ?

That is a very high end PSU. There are only a few PSUs out there that are better than that one.

Yes It is. However if you switch to haswell one day you'll need to disable C6/C7 low power states in order to make it function properly.
