Hi Everyone,
I amtrying to reuse a webcam from an old Dell computer. I believe I can wire this up to a USB cable and use it as a discrete webcam/spycam anyway, I need a little help witht h pinouts. There are 8 wires identified as
DigiLoop
USB+
USB-
3V3
M_CLK
M_GND
M_SIG
DGND
I know that USB+ and USB- are the data, but not sure what to connect the power to. I tried 3V3 and DGND but that didn't work and not keen to experiment incase I dmamage my USB port. Any asisstance greatly appreciated.
Regards
Iamacly

Thanks for the link, still cannot get the camera to be recognised, although I do now get a message that "the last USB device you connected malfunctioned or is not working properly" I suspect because the camera expects 3.3v and not 5v. Dell always seem to do things differently, PITA really. Will look to buy a small camera on ebay.

Tahnsk for the assistance though
