Question Help with Plugin ?

Was not sure where to post this but need help,

i am trying to access my house camera through a web client via the web browsers and i keep getting a message below about a plugin missing and what not but no matter how many times i try to download the plugin it does not seem to want to work, so i can not see the camera.

any ideas?
