[SOLVED] Help with Power LED blinking on ASUS Prime X570-Pro ?

I have a slow blinking LED near the 8-pin power connector of my board and cannot proceed. Here's my parts list, followed by what I have tried:

Components:
ASUS Prime X570-Pro
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Corsair Vengeance 32GB (4x8) 3200Mhz
Geforce RTX 3060 Ti FE
Corsair RM750

What I have tried:

1. Reconnected PSU CPU 8-pin / tried a second cable
2. Removed all RAM except 1 module that I have tested and know is working
3. Reseated GPU
4. Connected 4pin and 8pin
5. Tried a different outlet

I'm not sure what bios the board has, could the CPU cause this blinking on the power LED if it is not supported?

I'd appreciate any advice on what to try next, or what might be going on.

I have it working after unplugging the LIAN-LI usb panel connector from the motherboard. Wonder if it is a bad connection. Will report back when I test some more.

The culprit was a bad front I/O board + connector from my LIAN LI Lancool II RGB case. Hope this helps someone down the line
