I am building a brand new PC around my 500r, and my Sapphire r9 270x GPU, and I need a PSU. Personally, I like the way Fully Modular PSU's look, and work. I just like them overall. Problem is, they tend to be more expensive. With the Cable Management on my case, would buying a Fully or Semi Modular PSU be useless? Thanks.

isn't necessary, except in a multi PSU setup. Yes, it is a little more expensive, but you'll be happier in the
long run going semi-mod.
