Build Advice Help with PSU

I'm putting together a parts list for my first PC build, and I feel confident in just about everything except the PSU. Based on my power requirements, it looks like a 650 watt model will work best, and I'd like at least an 80+ gold rating. Noise and build quality are two of my biggest concerns, and based on what I've been reading a fluid dynamic bearing fan would be a big plus. Two possibilities I've got in mind are the EVGA P2 650w and the EVGA G3 650w models. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, parts list linked below!

Seasonic unit
be done with any doubts

Seasonic units (PRIME at least) have a history of issues with transients-heavy GPUs, pretty much everything you would encounter for the same price as their units - doesn't, if you'd pick an appropriate wattage. Focus might be fine but then, most of the time there are better options for the price anyway.
EVGA P2 650w and the EVGA G3 650w
Neither really. Both are supposed to be out of production for several years now so why they're still on the shelves is a mystery. Where you are from, what are your options ?

Have you checked the tier list? Just pick something A tier that fits your budget and be done. Here is an A tier with 10 year warranty for $89 https://www.amazon.com/MSI-MPG-Power-Supply-PSU/dp/B08PDZ5ZLT

I had no idea. :0 I'm from Worcester, Massachusetts and my options are what I'm trying to narrow down XD The GPU I wanna use needs at least 650w, and I'm hoping to run it at 1440 on mid-high settings. I'll only be using the one graphics card, and pcpartpicker puts my build's total wattage at around 405w.

Okay, here are your options then :
Corsair RM 650 : $80
Corsair RMx 650 : $85, or $65 after $20 rebate
Seasonic Focus PX 650 : $84 (with promo code), or $63 after $15 rebate
Corsair RM 750 : $95
EVGA G6 750 : $106
Don't be fooled by Focus PX 80+ Platinum efficiency, it's in no way better overall than other options i've listed (it is better than Focus GX tho). If you're willing to deal with rebate, i'd consider RMx 650 the best option here. If you'd want 750W then EVGA G6. Speaking of RM vs RM-x, the former uses cheaper capacitors and no in-cable capacitors. Some may consider cheaper non-Japanese capacitors a huge downside but it's evident that Corsair know what they're doing by them still offering a 10y warranty. And no in-cable capacitors would make working with it easier. EVGA G6 is also the best current EVGA's offering, on the level or even somewhat better than G2/G3, for this price it's a very good deal. I highly suspect that this series is an EVGA's attempt on fixing their reputation which they were systematically undermining in the past years, and thus they're selling those with zero to no margins, that's why it's so cheap. It's almost out of stock on Amazon tho, and while there are more expensive listings on Newegg and EVGA.com i'd say just get Corsair RM instead then if you wouldn't be able or willing to place the order in time.
