Question help with r9 290 getting d6 error

my gpu wont give me a display ive tried sing different mobos the fans spin normal and the card seems to get warm to the touch has anyone else had this issue if so are there any solutions when using it on a system with igpu it just dosent show up in device manager and amd driver software wont find it but shows and dosent show in bios

Help - Getting error code D6 when trying to boot up

Upgraded CPU from an i7-8700k to an i7-13700kf so I needed new motherboard and new DDR5 RAM. Now I can't get to BIOS because of D6 error and of course because I got the 'KF' cpu it makes troubleshooting a bit more difficult not being able to use on board graphics.
