Question Help with RAM, Please!

I have a Ryzen 7 1700x on a Gigabyte GA-AB350 Gaming motherboard. I currently have 2x8 Adata 2400mhz ram, but want to try and upgrade to a faster, more suitable RAM for the Ryzen 7 cpu. But, I am a noob. On Gigabyte's support page for the AB350 Gaming, it states the following:
  1. 4 x DDR4 DIMM sockets supporting up to 64 GB of system memory
  2. Dual channel memory architecture
  3. Support for DDR4 3200(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2667*/2400/2133 MHz memory modules
    * Support for higher than DDR4 2667 MHz may vary by CPU.
  4. Support for ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8 memory modules (operate in non-ECC mode)
  5. Support for non-ECC Un-buffered DIMM 1Rx8/2Rx8/1Rx16 memory modules
  6. Support for Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) memory modules
There is also a note to see the Memory Support List (QVL) you cannot find any RAM listed over 2666MHz.

On the Ryzen 7 1700x support page, it states the System Memory Specification is 2667MHz

Yet, there are several vids out there claiming that, for example, the GSkill FlareX DDR3200 is "specifically designed for the Ryzen 7." So I am confused as to what all this means? When the Gigabyte support page says "DDR 3200(O.C.) are they meaning that I have to overclock a lower MHz ram up to that, or can I put 3200MHz ram and run it at out of the box settings? Does the Ryzen 7 1700x memory specification mean that you can only put max 2600MHz on the board?

Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!
