Help with ram speeds

I have a single stick of 16gb ddr4 2133mhz already,will i have any problems if i add a single 8gb ddr4 stick which is 3000mhz?

Impossible to say with any certainty, seeing as how you haven't included motherboard model or any other specs, but usually faster RAM will work but will simply default to whatever speed the motherboard supports.

One thing that won't work though is dual channel for the memory, since both RAM modules have to have matching capacities at least.
