I've been having an immensely frustrating issue with my computer. A while ago, it began randomly freezing, no blue screen or restart or anything, and I would have to do a hard reset. First it would be maybe once a day, then over the next couple of weeks it would freeze more frequently and I started getting all different types of BSOD errors: PFN_LIST_CORRUPT, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, ATTEMPTED_EXECUTE_OF_NOEXECUTE_MEMORY, and others, including a couple of error codes with just one letter: one with K and another with P. At that point it became slow to the point I could barely use it, CPU usage was spiking to 100%, and it would freeze within 10-15 minutes after turning on, sometimes with a buzzing noise coming from the speakers.
I took it in for diagnostics and was told that the hard drive was very corrupt, so I bought a new one, installed it, and reinstalled Windows 10. Everything was perfect and it looked like that was the problem fixed. My computer was running perfectly for a couple of weeks, until the same problem started happening a couple of days ago and quickly progressed to the point where my computer is basically unusable, freezing within 10 or so minutes of use. I tried reinstalling Windows 10 to see if that would help, but it still froze right after starting up and it will even freeze before Windows has even started. I ran a few different diagnostics software and none of them indicated any problems with my PC. I started it into safe mode and it's working well so far without any issues.
The problem is basically random freezes that have no discernable cause, occur at any time from powering on to gaming, and can only be fixed with a hard reset. The issue went away for a couple of weeks with the installation of a new hard drive but then returned and does not appear to occur in safe mode.
I would appreciate any and all help with this.

I also have an AMD Radeon R7 240 graphics card that I don't think shows up in that list.
