I was wondering what was a better deal for streaming/recording Minecraft, CS:GO... I am also on a budget..

1. AMD Athlon x4 880k
or
2. AMD A10-7700k

I am going to be a YouTube and Live Streamer, thanks <3 - Colusite

I would appreciate it if you would also leave a link to components that will be great with this build I already have a MOBO and case.

Mobo: MSI Computer Micro ATX DDR3 1333 NA A68HM-E33 V2 Motherboard

Case: Black logisys CS301BK W/ 480Watt PSU

If it's between those to CPUs get the 880k, because you will be buying a dedicated graphics card anyway (you'd have to, you can't game on the iGPU of the A10). Basically the 880k is faster (3.4GHz > 4.0GHz) but doesn't have graphics on board.

For the rest of the parts... Depends on the budget. Get 8GB 1600MHz CL9 RAM (get a decent brand, prices should be pretty consistant).

The PSU depends on the graphics card. Get at least an 80+ Bronze PSU, probably 500W but again, depends on the graphics card and what it needs.

If you are on a budget, get the 880k, cheapest 8GB 1600MHz CL9 RAM, and get the best GPU you can whilst not getting a terrible PSU.

As far as streaming goes... It does need a lot of CPU power, I don't think you can get 1080p to stream smoothly on that CPU, aim for 720p and play with the bandwith settings. You're on a budget, you can't expect to be streaming high quality full HD, and you'll also need decent upload (internet).

I will be streaming from a Hauppauge Capture HD PvR 2, so Yeah I will be streaming from the same PC I will be playing the game on.

Thanks I have 31.49 Down and 11.81 Up
Also do you have any recommended GPUs? I was going to go for a 950, or a 750 TI but the 750 is a little dated sooo...? I am kinda new to building computers but want to get into gaming on a computer, but not breaking the bank... Ya' know?

If your budget allows it go to a GTX960, for triple-A games on high, but if you just play CS:GO or LoL, or any game that isn't that demanding, you're absolutely fine on a GTX950.

Do NOT get a 750, you're paying extra for efficiency and less noise, but on a budget for a gaming PC I would not recommend that card. Then you'd be better of buying an R9 270 (have one myself, waiting for the new gen before upgrading). It's a decent card, and if you buy a decent brand you could overclock it to easily match an R9 270X. Mine runs at 270X speeds with no voltage increase, just set the max power limit to +20% and put the slider all the way to the right in MSI afterburner (1050MHz). Leave the memory as is, it's fine.

So recap: Avoid 750, GTX 950 / R9 270 minimum (my recommendation, lower cards will work fine but not at great settings / fps).

Do get a decent PSU though. Really. Do NOT get a cheap one, it's going to cost you in the long run.

Would this work: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/BhbLVn
If not can you make me a link to a build without a case or mobo on Pcpartpicker?
Also thanks for all the help I am still a noob when it comes to PC's :p

Go with this build. Better mobo, GPU, and PSU for under $500.

That's decent (Benjiwenji's list). Go with 880K though, if you're streaming you really need a decent CPU, the extra clockspeed does help. Depending on your budget that's left if you'd buy the 880K, RAM, that XFX PSU and the storage you want, buy the best GPU you can.

Thank you all for the help, I really appreciate it alot. I might/am going to go for this Build here.

(I don't know if it's good or not, I have looked up bench marks of the system playing a game (Minecraft, CSGO) well'st being screen recorded. But I am not going to have a CPU intensive screen recorder, I have a PvR (Hauppauge HD PvR 2) Or I can also use AMD Raptr.
But I really appreciate all the help from you guys!

550W is recommended for the 380, so you'd be better off buying that XFX from Benji's list. That system will play the shit out of CS:GO and Minecraft, and will even run most new triple-A games on high / ultra.

UPDATE: That could be confusing, I meant the XFX Powersupply on Benji's list, not the graphics card, either graphics card is fine.

Happy gaming / streaming!

In my opinion, for 20 to 30 bucks you'd have a waaayyy more quiet PC, and your CPU will run really cool. AMD CPUs run hot, and if you don't have the best airflow sometimes a little too hot with the stock HSF.

But you could always try stock and if you think it's too loud get an aftermarket cooler. But I would recommend an aftermarket cooler. Go with the one that Benji recommended or another very popular choice: [EDIT] CM Hyper TX3 Evo.
