I used Ccleaner to clean my pc including the registry. Before cleaning I saved a copy of the registry [ccsetup505] just in case I had to revert back to the original registry settings.

Well, now that I need to revert to the earlier registry settings, I don't know how to do it.
I'm hoping that a Forum Member will explain the steps to go through to return to my old registry settings.
Please be detailed in your explanation as my computer knowledge is closer to being a novice than it is to being an expert!
I 'm running Windows 7 Pro and Google Chrome.
Thanks,
Richard

When Cachecleaner saves the copy it dumps it in a registry file. All you need to do is double click on the file it saved and the registry entries should go back to their original location then reboot.
