Help With Removing SuperAdRomove?

It's this malware or virus or something that is on my computer and I've searched online and I've tried almost everything and thought I'd ask the people of Tom's Hardware to see if you guys can help me out. Thanks!

If need be, run multiple scans with each of the tools and also reboot multiple times.
