As the title suggests I would like some help with how to render some videos.

So I am recording with DxTory at 720p, I have tried a few different render templates and this is pretty much the best I can get:

Which of course looks like absolute crap compared to this:

I know he uses Sony Movie Studio 13, and I believe he uses fraps, though I have tried fraps and it comes out the same. I would doubt it would be the Editing software difference, which means there must be something wrong in my render settings.

Anyone got any advice?

Fixed it, the video is now viewable.

Tried:-
Field order: Progressive scan/Upper Field/Lower field
Full-resolution rendering quality: good/best
MainConcept AVC/AAC Internet HD 720p
Sony AVC/MVC Internet 1280x720-30p

A few other bit's I forgot to write down, and most combinations of these different things, the biggest problem I am facing is with the learning as I go and just experimenting to find what's best.

What sort of things do i need to specifically need to look at that I might be missing?

Also other games come out fine with MainConcept AVC/AAC Internet HD 720p

for example:

You might want to check out this link - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1940403/sony-vegas-pro-rendering-settings.html. It's a thread I responded to with links to sites that may help you determine the best settings. You may need to create a custom setting and continue to experiment to see what works best for you. Check out some of the links and it may shorten the process.
