Hi everyone!

I have a WD Black Scorpio (in external USB case). It fell from the chair, unplugged.
I assume that it hasnt been properly unmounted so the heads were over the platters and struck the surface where the NTFS MFT is.
It gets detected, there's no scratching sounds or motor spin-downs, but it cant read the filesystem.

I tried running a few tools, it sees the volume label, partitions, but "Saving files" to another drive takes forever, it can't even begin.

I suppose the only way is to copy it sector by sector to another drive and then run some scavenging software.
Which one can you recommend for this situation? I've got a Rescue CD with all kinds of commercial products - Acronis, Paragon,
EaseUS, O&O, you name it - I got it.

Thanks for your help!

EaseUS has a ton of features I used before to extract data from a RAW drive. If you have these many programs why not experiment and use them all? See what they're capable of.
