Help with RGB Fans Installation

My problem exactly is how I could change the fans speed in my case. My case is the Corsair Crystal 460x RGB which comes with three RGB fans at the front of the case for intake. Each fan has two connectors (one for power and one for the RGB). The case also comes with a fan hub to connect the fans. But the fan hub is only for the RGB and not powering the fans. So I bought a fan splitter which connects to the power supply with molex and a 4pin connector that I plug in to my motherboard. My motherboard also has two fan headers. One for the cpu fan and one for the case's fan. With the fan splitter that I bought, I got the fans to spin and the RGB to work. But the fans are continuously running at 100% speed and my case is rather loud. Is there any fan hub that gives power to the fans that allows me to also to control the fan speed? Is there a way to control the fan speed right now?

Thanks :)

The Corsair SP-RGB fans are DC controllable. You should be able to set your motherboard case fan header to DC control mode; it sounds like they are currently in PWM control mode, which will supply a constant 12V, running the fans at full speed.

Thanks for the answer but it didn't seem to work :/ Could it be because the splitter is plugged in to the motherboard?

I played around in the BIOS in the fan control section but the fans remained at the same speed :| Thanks for the answer though :)
