Hey guys!

I'm building a Ryzen 1600 + RX 580 PC. The only thing which I'm having problems with is my RGB synchronisation and thus the motherboard + gpu choice. My case is a P400S Tempered Glass. It has an included LED strip and some RGB at the front. These can apparently be synced to Asus Aura but not Gigabyte Fusion. I can take multiple paths but I'm not sure if any of them will work

1) I go for the gigabyte Aorus rx 580 and the gigabyte x370 gaming k5. Can i use the adaptor with RGB fusion - it's a universal RGB 4 pin isn't it?

2) Because I prefer the aesthetics of the asus strix rx 580 (no ugly orange highlights). I could go with that, but there's no AM4 Asus motherboards in my price range - there is no amd equivalent of the asus strix mobo lineup! Two questions - Do you think the asus strix ryzen motherboards will still come? And if I go for a Asrock killer motherboard, can I still use the phanteks adaptor on the motherboard to a sync the graphics card with the case?

3) On a side note - how best do I control the speeds of the fans? The case has a controller, but I can only change the fans to low/med/high. Is there a way to connect the fans to the motherboard and let the rpm be automatically adjusted according to temps?

Thanks for reading this long post. Hopefully I get some answers.

Solution
1.) Actually the header on Gigabyte boards is a 5 pin for RGB/w or UV capable strips, but should still be compatible with 5050 (4pin)
I don't know about the RGB on the front, but the LED strip should work.

2.) You could look at this card*: http://www.gigabyte.us/Graphics-Card/GV-RX580XTRAORUS-8G#kf or another 580 with less/ no orange, or wait if you'd like.

3.) You can plug the fans right into the motherboard on the chassis fan controllers, depending on how many fans you have, and can control them from Gigabyte's AppCenter using SIV (smart fan 5) and configure speed control from there as well.

Hope this helps~
