Question Help with Ryzen overclock

I overclocked my Ryzen 5 2400g on my Msi B450m PRO-VDH MAX Motherboard and my pc is not even in a game, yet the voltage is at 1.45 should i lower it or should i let it stay
btw i overclocked it from 3.6 to 3.7

Reset everything to stock and then just use it. A 100mhz overclock is a fart in hurricane.

The CPU will turbo higher than 3.7ghz by default.

Leave everything stock unless you want to try to overclock it to 3.9ghz (max turbo default) or more.
