Help with Samsung 192MP

Hello,
I just purchase a Samsung 192MP. I'm not a gamer. I use the monitor for surfing, text and pictures. I'm very disappointed with the text. It seems to be a bit "fuzzy". Pictures seem to be "bleached out ".
I have played with the adjustments but still not happy. Is this the nature of the panel or do I just need help with adjustment??

I get fuzzy text when refresh rate is too low. Try raising it see if that helps. Also try using the auto adjust function of the monitor that might help also.
