I have a question and I was wondering if it can be done.
I would like to know if I can extract a list from SAP form VA05 or another to MS Excel, (we work by article codes) then to create a macro in MS Excel to send a templated email to the different customers email addresses via either Kana email system or outlook at the touch of a button?
The reason I ask is because there is a process I work on that is very tedious that takes a week to complete every week. This is an email for 100s to 1000s of customers about backorders and advising of a restock date.
The current process is to enter each order entry manually and send an individual email.
