When I go and install SP1 on my machine(see below for specs)I restart and get a nasty blue screen that would make any PC user shudder. It reads as follows:
***Stop: 0x00000007B (0xC0000034,0x00000000,0x00000000)
INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE

This is the second time in a row this has happened to me. Can anyone help with some suggestions? Do I need SP1?
(after booting off of the CD and repairing the system files I can operate normaly)

My pc Configuration:

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 2000 Advanced Server
CPU: First Generation AMD Athlon K7 650 MHZ (slot A)
RAM: 192 MB 100mhz SDRAM
Mother Board: Gigabyte GA-7IX
Primary Hard Drive: Western Digital 30.0GB Ultra ATA/100
Secondary Hard Drive: Western Digital 15.5GB Ultra ATA/66
Sound Card: Creative SoundBlaster Audio PCI-64
Video Card: Creative Labs Annihilator Pro 32MB DDR
Network Card: Intel(R) PRO/100B PCI Adapter
Primary CD-Rom: Yamaha SCSI 8x8x24 CD-RW
Secondary CD-Rom: Creative Labs 2xDVD-Rom
SCSI Interface: Adaptec 2940UW Pro

If it ain't broken, dont fix it.
If you have no luck and want to keep your stuff on the harddrives, reinstall w2k again without formatting the drives.
