Can someone possibly help me with serious beach balling issues....My mom recently gave me her Mac Pro 13in mid 2012 because she stated it doesn't work quick enough, mind you she know NOTHING about computers and only goes on facebook and checks her emails(while doing those simple tasks she downloads EVERYTHING that may say click here or when a pop up occurs. She has what I call click everything I see disease lol). I have downloaded and ran EtreCheckPro and posted my results below. Any info that can point me in the right direction to possibly speed up the computer. I'm a windows girl and honestly I'm not to familiar with Mac's operating system. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

If that machine uses a SATA HDD (very likely) you could replace the aging 5400rpm HDD with an SSD and reinstall mac os on it using the steps above. For an ssd upgrade i would buy a 500gb Crucial MX500 SSD. These drives are like $60 and will speed up that mac a lot. Also from the report it seems your laptop is running out of ram. You could install 8gb of ram to help aswell, however the ssd will help with quick page files.
Here is a link to that ssd...
From the report, it seems like it's a simple case of older hardware trying to run a newer OS. As it mentions near the top, replacing the hard drive with an SSD would likely do that system a lot of good. To reinstall MacOS, download a copy of MacOS from the App Store and use it to create a bootable USB flash drive. 9to5Mac has a good article showing you how to do this if you've never done it before: https://9to5mac.com/2018/10/22/how-to-create-macos-mojave-usb-installer-easy-video/. Keep in mind that you will need a flash drive that is 8GB or larger.

And if you don't want to spend money on a new SSD, even backing up your mom's data and reinstalling MacOS on that Mac may help a lot with the performance, especially if the machine got to Mojave by way of OS upgrades instead of a wipe and fresh install.
