Help with solving problem problem

When i go into the action center to download a solution to a problem i have been having with amd display adapter it comes up with this
Your computer was unable to download the solution at this time. Check to make sure your computer is connected to the Internet, and then try to download the solution again later.
my internet is fine and this is really buging me
help

when im playing a graphically intense game. it freezes the screen shakes and a buzzing comes to my headphones

my motherboards old could this be the problem

my mtherboard is quite old
and my ram is hyper x fury 2x8g and a cheep kingston 6 gig

I think something isn't right with your graphics card. This might seem odd but try to down clock the GPU with any kind of software which allows that.

the problem still persists after the down clocking i also got a new cpu amd fx 8350 black
