My friend wants these components:

Intel i7 4790
MSI H97M ECO
MSI GTX 970 4GB DDR5
Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL10 DDR3 4GB 1600MHz * 2
Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE/SATA/ black

I think that those are compatible.
Now, problems are the case and the PSU.
He wanted a Thermaltake Toughpower 650W 80+ Gold PSU, but unfortunately it is not available in the local store at the moment.
