Question Help with ssd and hdd

I have a hdd but it my pc says i don have an internal hard drive and my ssd doesnt appear on my pc.

The specs are
cpu:ryzen 5 3400g
mobo: asrock b450 fatality
gpu:none
memory:Adata su635 240gb 2.5 ssd
ram: 8gb patriot viper ddr4-3200
psu:Thermaltake 500w 80+ certified
case: AeroCool Cylon rgb mid tower

This is a new pc.

If its a new ssd Hdd you have to format it if its not showing up in disk management at all try checking the connectors to the drives some times the can get lose when your doing cable management on a new build.

How is that ADATA drive connected?
If connected to the motherboard, it IS an "internal drive".

It is but for some reason my pc wont read my ssd or hdd as internal drivess.

where are checking it ? in the bios, my computer or disk management and is this the drives from another computer because if it is do a fresh install

all three, i tried downloading netflix from the store and it tells me i need an internal drive.

I ran it and no problems came up
