Help with streaming pc build

hello, im looking for a CHEAP dedicated streaming pc to go along with my 8700k , gtx 1080 gaming rig. i would like to be able to stream in 1080p 60fps and need the build as cheap as possible. could you guys maybe put soem builds together for me?

I don't stream so take my suggestions with a grain of salt.

Can't you just add a second monitor to your gaming PC and use it for both?
Or maybe a second hand ex lease business class PC might be the cheapest option, and add a cheap graphics card if needed.

I have thought about using my gaming rig as a streaming rig also but would like to keep the fps i have and maybe make things a little bit more simple by splitting the work between 2 computers
