My entire computer lags. Some times multiple times a minute and other times not for 5+ mins. It effects everything. Offline or online... In a game or not... If I'm on the computer it's happening. Whether it's windows opening in slow motion or my games lagging to the point I can't play.
I've read through every forum I can find. I've updated/reinstalled every driver. I systematically replaced every piece of my computer (except the MoBo). The problem got slightly better when I replaced the graphics card but that was it. I've since returned to all my original hardware since none of the replacements fixed the problem.
I'm starting to blieve it may be my BIOS. Unfortunately M-Flash won't recognize my usb stick. Also when trying to use a BIOS Flash boot tool my computer won't boot off the flash created.
I've tried so many options. I'm on my last nerve. Please someone... Help.
