Help with tf2

I get filesysstem_stdio.dll error,unable to load.Help! I've readed they removed sse2 support,so what is problem?I had to reinstall whole steam ( + lose my 6 games) to remove ready to launch in approx 0 seconds error with this,and now this!Help!

Yea,tried deleting bin folder too,ideas?
