apu Amd a8 5500
2x4 corsair 1600 (8gb total)
gtx 670
1hdd 1tb
1hdd 700gb
but i need a psu this will be ok?

Yes 500w should be enough for that rig

ah on nvdia website it says 500w. So if needed just stick with that.
