You bought this from a sketchy Chinese website or ebay. Nothing to do but learn from the mistake.

What this card is, is a REAL 650ti chip that failed tech inspection and was discarded by Nvidia. Then this company picked it up, disabled alot of the features/power of the chip, and stuck it on a card with old slow RAM.

This is NOT illegal because the chip itself IS a 650ti, but it is VERY heavily downgraded from stock and coupled with crap memory.

As you can clearly see, there is not even a 6-pin power connector on the card which EVERY 650ti needs to have. So you KNOW this will not be the real deal.

Long story short, there are a million signs that is was not as it seemed. You cannot get your money back my claiming the company...

Bro, we both know that at least a real 650 could run battlefield 3 smoothly right ?
well, i couldn't hit 60fps on lowest settings possible . i couldn't even dream to try high settings!
i saw a real 650's gpu codename and it was so different !
the last thing i saw was the shape, this one is obviously fake !

this what gpuz said, it seems like this card is faking everything and telling them that it's a real 650ti ,
And the rest of specs are :
2gb ddr2 ram
e6300 (1.86 ghz) core 2 duo
the motherboard is 945gct-m2 ECS ,; it's kinda old !

A GDDR3 650Ti? I'm pretty sure that doesn't exist, I found a couple but they were on ebay, no information about this elsewhere. 64 shaders? That's not right either from what I've found, there's meant to be 768. PCI 1.1 aswell.

Learn from this mistake is the best thing that can come from this.
