help with this gtx 670 :/

Why does my gtx 670 works on quad core mother board but not on my optiplex 360... i dont get it?

Dell are known to put restrictions in some of their systems BIOS’s so only certain GPU’s will run.

i dont understan why my gtx 570 works but not the gtx 670... the 570 uses more power my power supply its 550 watts

As I say it could be a restriction built into the BIOS that only certain models are supported.

Try creating a System Restore point in Safe Mode (F6) and then remove the old GPU drivers. Install new GPU drivers in Safe Mode+ Internet. The system Restore point is to get back where you were if it doesn't work. The only Dell BIOS issue I know of is GCN3 AMD cards won't work. Also update your BIOS and chipset drivers from Dell support. You may be missing something there. I've got a GTX1050Ti running in my Opti 380. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
I'm just curious how you got a GTX670 Galaxy into the Optiplex in the first place!

i just dont get it ive done everything... and im sure the GPU works.

Are you using the same output from the GPU on both computers when you test the card? Maybe try a different output port, cable setup.
The only other thing I can think of is that the GPU may have a UEFI BIOS.
This would be uncommon for a GTX670 era card but not impossible. In that case it won't run on a Legacy BIOS computer like the 360.

what can i do to ue my gtx 670 on my optiplex 360
