Question Help with this shattering screen bug

i have updated my nvidia drivers, cant update amd drivers because there are no updates for Ryzen 9 6900HS, this bug happens everytime i open unity, vscode or any software. Please help me with this.
Laptop Specs:
ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15
Ryzen 9 6900HS
NVIDIA RTX 3070Ti
16GB LPDDR5 RAM

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

First check and see that the laptop is on the latest BIOS version. Then use DDU to remove all GPU drivers off of the platform. Once done, reinstall the latest GPU drivers sourced off of Nvidia's support site, in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.
