Help With Transferring Windows 10

So I purchased a pre-built PC last year and it came with Windows 10 Home but I am building a PC by the end of the month and I am still lost on how to transfer the license for Windows 10 to the other PC which will have dissimilar hardware entirely.
Here is the PC build minus the OS

You can't. Unfortunately a pre-built PC does not come with a license that you can transfer. Microsoft would really question the fact that you are willing to throw away a PC that is only one year old. Heck, even I would question that.

It was a iBuypower PC and I am not sure anyway to check?

Is it possible I can put the drive in my new PC when I build it select it as boot device in bios?
