Question Help with triple monitor

I am currently running 2 25" Lg ultrawide monitors and I would like to add another monitor to the collection. I would like to add a monitor in the middle that is larger with higher refresh rate @ 1440p. My question is can I still use nvidia surround for a span I play racing sims and would like the immersion of seeing more, but also playing other games that would require single monitor with better specs. Is there such thing as adding black bars to make them the same size vertically? Other options include getting another lg 25in or should i ditch them all get 1 monitor with very good specs.
