Help with troubleshooting high CPU temps (water cooled)

I noticed this week that the CPU fan has been running more and now it is running constantly. I looked into things today and I see the CPU temps are 98-100 C while idling. Motherboard (28-30c) and GPU (35c) temps seem fine.

I have an Intel i7-4770K CPU. I set it to default settings (it was overclocked). I use a Corsair H100i for water cooling the CPU.

The fan that I believe is cooling the CPU water cooler is running ~2300 RPM.

I wonder if there is something amiss with the water cooler. Maybe it's not cycling the water to the fan that is spinning like crazy? How do I go about troubleshooting this? I believe it is still under warranty.

Thanks!

check to make sure that your pump is running, also the RPM at which its running...check the bios and make sure that the speed is set to manual, this way you can control how fast the pump is running....sounds like a failed pump...also check your water block to make sure that the liquid has not started to break down and clog your passages

Quick update. I filled out a support request with Corsair. I asked for help troubleshooting if a pump failure could be the issue. The automated service simply approved a full RMA request and I received a confirmation via email.

I guess I'll just send it in and see what happens.

I would still like to know how you figure this out, in case this isn't the issue and I need to troubleshoot a different reason...
