[SOLVED] Help With Troubleshooting

So my friend just built her first PC and it doesn't seem to post. I've asked her to try booting without RAM, with only 1 stick, switching the RAM around, plugging the HDMI into her mobo since she's running a 3200G and obviously also into the GPU. Just wanted to ask you guys for other things I can ask her to do. It would be nice if they weren't super complicated since her and I aren't the most techy people out there and here's the PCPartPicker link if that helps. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/BTMQ27

3200G does not support that cpu out of the box: https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/Fatal1ty B450 Gaming-ITXac/#CPU
It needs a bios update using an older cpu.

Return the board for an MSI B450 MAX model, or ASRock B450M/AC.
Another option is to get a PC shop to update the bios for you.

Could you explain to me the difference between the 3200G in the CPU list you linked and the one that my friend got? I noticed that the model numbers are different but are they not the same CPU?
Edit: Oops, didn't see the BIOS thing on the side of the list. I understand now.

Some of the different 3200Gs are OEM/Tray parts. They don't come with a cooler, and are primarily for bulk purchases.
