Help with updating my setup

I currently have an Intel E8500, Radeon HD4870, EVGA 500B power supply, 4 gb Ripjaw ddr3-1066. I'm looking to update this some and wanted some input on some parts I've found. I think my power supply should be adequate and I would like to try and keep the memory if possible, no idea on MB though.

What I'm looking at is:

i5-3570S
GTX960

I've found a H61 and B75 for not much and a Z77 for a little more than I was hoping to spend but can make it work. What do you think?

That will work if this is for gaming and you have a 64bit operating system then add 4GB more memory and the B75 motherboard.

It's not a gaming build, it's mainly used for internet/youtube and occasionally light gaming on Steam.

Is there another setup that might be less expensive but would still give me a nice boost from my archaic E8500? The LGA1155 seems like a good MB since I would have room for an older i7 if I wanted to upgrade later.
