Help with Upgrade?

Hello everyone,
I have a pretty old pc and I want to upgrade it by buying a new motherboard,cpu,gpu,ram so I can enjoy the new games on decent graphics with no lag.But I find problems with the current build and I am pretty much lost on how to upgrade it to be compatible and good at the same time...

So ,here are my current specs: (dont laugh )
motherboard : M2N-E asus
cpu : AMD athlon 64 X2 4200+
ram : 2 Gb Dual-channel DDr2 315Mhz
gpu : 256 MB radeon X1950 Pro

So I am interested in buying the Pentium G3220 cpu (cheap-50 euros,good,available).
But at the same time i want a cheap compatible motherboard that can take a good gpu and a fair amount of ram to play games.It is my first time searching about this stuff and I feel pretty lost

The maximum money I can spend is 350 euros maximum.Can you give me a hand here?

for 350 euros, i would get an am3+ system with an fx 6300. also 4gb ram, 8gb if you can afford it, and a gtx 750Ti and a new psu. that should be good 😛
