I'm in a bit of a tug of war with my self, I have 400 to splash on upgrading my computer, I was gonna get an xbox one butt why an xbox one when pc? Haha plus I have a ps4 anyways so I'm buying crap on crap, (not being a fanboy, just a small room so having all consoles is just a waste of space) so here's my specs, what should I upgrade and to what if anything.
Cpu-amd a8 6500(oced from 3.5ghz to 4.1ghz)
Gpu- sapphire r7 260x oced from 1050mhz clock 1245mhz, memory from 1500 to 1610
Ram 8gb 1600mhz
Hdd 1tb, one 320gb and one 500gb
Monitor- 23xi hp
So suggestions?
I'll be playing (and currently playing)
Gtav (I get between 40-70fps at 2560x1440p
Fallout 4
Ac syndicate (if possible)
Maybe bo3 but got it ready for ps4 so maybe not. That's a rough Idea of what I'm working with
Thank you

No way are you reaching up to 70fps in GTA V at 1440p with an R7 260x... No way.

If, by some miracle, you really do, then I wouldn't change your GPU, because you must have been given a 1/1000000 GPU that has been blessed by angels.

Might have turned down quality settings. You never know.

I guess it's possible if it was turned down to the lowest settings, but I still would think 30fps would be the average.

haha, didnt mean 70 but i have seen it up there once in a while. i do get quite good fps with this GPU, witcher i was lucky to get a nice 45fps, i meant about 40-50/60 and only up to 50/60 when im in my safehouse, ill take a screenshot when im on gta to have a lil proof. my monitors oced to 75Hz. from 60Hz, and using VSR to downscale to 1440p
EDIT-settings, normal-except textures which is high, and shadows. no msaa, ambient and tesselation is high aswell
