Help with upgrade?

Hello i'm new to the whole pc upgrading thing am i'm currently looking to get a better graphic card to run games more smoothly. As i don't no much i want to see what will fit in my pc here is my current specs.

Im looking to run GTA and Overwatch alot more smoothly plus if i can run newer games like The Witcher it would be great.

That image doesn't tell us much. Can you provide at least the make and model of the machine? Ideally, the full motherboard model (you can get this with CPU-Z) and the make and model of power supply (from a sticker on it).

you can get a RX 460, anything stronger will be bottlenecked by your CPU, but dont expect to much from it.

With your specs, you have the option of throwing good money after bad, by upgrading the CPU and GPU. I wouldn't spend any more on your current system, I would wait for Rizen(If you MUST have AMD), or get a new Intel build.

FX 4300 8gb ram at 1080p, I think an RX 460 2gb gives you a basic gaming setup. It should do well on Overwatch. GTA V should be playable. Witcher 3 is a demanding game especially on the videocard. A 460 is not great for this game, but I have a hard time recommending spending more on a videocard to pair it with that FX 4300.
