Newbie question, but I am planning on upgrading my PC for the first time. I want to put in a new motherboard graphics card and RAM modules.
I've spent hours trying to reach this and i'd like to have some guidance on the matter.
I plan on keeping my Quad core i5 2400k @ 3.10 GHz
750W Corsair Builder Series 750CX 80PLUS Bronze Power Supply
16GB (4x4GB) Corsair Vengeance Jet Black 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 Dual/Quad Channel Kit [CMZ16GX3M4A1600C9]
GIGABYTE WindForce GeForce GTX 660 Ti OC 3072MB GDDR5 PCI-Express Graphics Card
Corsair Hydro H55 Water-Cooling CPU Cooler
GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-UP4-TH Intel Z77 (Socket 1155) ATX Motherboard
2TB Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 3.5" SATA III Hard Drive
TP Link 150Mbps Wireless N PCI Adapter [TL-WN751ND]
Im gonna be sticking with the Xigmatek Asgard Tower to house the components
With this setup Im hoping to work towards a decent gaming. I might be wrong but I've heard the 660ti is capable of 3 way SLI which i am hoping to slowly upgrade to over time.
Can anyone tell me if this setup will work if not recommend me another PC part. I do not plan on overclocking though I generally am looking to make a better gaming pc.
I would appreciate the help
