Help with upgrading current setup for new COD.

Hey guy's I need some help upgrading my current setup. I want to be able to play the new COD on medium/high w/o running into issues.

Don't mind if I'm buying a used gpu, but was trying to stay under a budget of $150-$200 for a gpu. Possibly also upgrading a new case and psu, I want to get the most bang for my $$.

Current setup...
CPU - i5 2.5k
GPU - Radeon HD 6870
PSU - 400w Antec
MOBO - ASROCK Z77M
RAM - 2x 4gb crucial ballistix
HDD - 500gb wd caviar blue

Your CPU can handle even GTX 970 . if possible , get it !
