Help with upgrading my memory

I know it probably seems like a stupid question to ask, but I'm a stupid person, so it makes sense. Anyways, I have 8 gigs of ram, but my PC has been sluggish recently, so I wanted to upgrade the ram. I was hoping to just pop in 8 more gigs of ram, vs buying a new 16 gigs. If anyone has any idea which ram I should pick up, I'd greatly appreciate it!

it's kinda unreadable.
How many ram slots do you have on motherboard ?

seems like you are using DDR3 1333 CL9.
the best thing would be getting the same modules you already have - less chance for issues.

What mobo and CPU? There are no guarantees when Adding/mixing sets of DRAM - best to get a set of 2x8GB. See items 2 and 6 in my Fiction article:
